<<"look how many books I wrote!'>>
OK, so I haven't written any books...yet. But like the tribe description, I love to travel. And more than travel, I like talking about where I've (or anyone else has) travelled.
Where have you guys been?

My passport is more beat up than...
Fri, February 20, 2004 - 12:38 PMWhat, no true ENTPs in the bunch?
Let's see how you respond to a challenge, entitled:
*My* passport is more beat up than *your's* is!!
All in good fun, all in good fun :)
My entry:
Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Russia, France, Lichtenstein, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Greece, Turkey, The Cayman Islands, New Zealand, and Canada.
Favorites: Turkey and Greece. Can't beat those for stunning glimpses into a preserved bronze-age artistic past. -

Re: My passport is more beat up than...
Sat, February 21, 2004 - 3:56 PMAnswering to a challenge is an ENTP thing ?
Well, if it's a puzzlin thing or a mechanism, yes, but forplaying "for the sake of competition" is not in my ENTP thing...
Anyway, France is the most beautiful country in the world, so I do not need to travel ;-p -

Re: My passport is more beat up than...
Mon, February 23, 2004 - 7:18 PMAnd their Government is Left of Atila the Hun, unlike here in the U.S. " :~)
I confess, my wanderings are paltry in comparison to others here. Many Great Lakes and Eastern U.S. states (incl. D.C. and NYC), a wilderness ranch in New Mexico, Toronto in Canada, and bits of London and The Netherlands, including Amsterdam.
Someday, I want to be at several locations at once through a wireless metabrain parallel-processing network of modums and extensions. Stretching that to Mars would be quite a strange experience, but I'd be up for that too if I'm still around. -

Re: My passport is more beat up than...
Thu, March 11, 2004 - 12:06 PMI stole my first passport back at the window when I got the renewal one. It had my little taped piece of paper for E. Germany in it and I couldn't bear to part with it. I recall the arguement I got into on the train to Berlin over it. Now, is that ENTP enough to pass muster here?;) -

passport renewal
Thu, March 11, 2004 - 2:23 PM
good idea! i lost my first passport. it had a visa from france (when they used to issue visas) and visa from USSR, it was precious.
the cool thing with the expat globetrotters i know from japan and taiwan is to NOT get a new passport- but instead to get those extra pages put into the passport, so it's really FAT.
[my list]
taiwan, japan, hong kong, philippines, ...czech republic, france, germany, finland (for a 24 hour layover), USSR (circa 1989), canada, states, ireland, england, scotland, wales, northern ireland (love listing them seperately), thailand, singapore, maldives, netherlands (for a few hours)

Re: compensatory narcissism
Tue, March 16, 2004 - 4:51 PMWow, some impressive travels in this bunch!
But if we want to meet to discuss our experiences (or jokingly refer to material in the tribe description purely for the sake of engaging conversation), we'll have to visit Emmanuel...
...since he sees no need to leave France.
